A: Shredding is based on weight. Pay your standard fee then each additional 30 pounds is $5.00.

A: We guarantee all documents are shredded and provide you a NAID certificate.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: Yes only on annual plans. Cancellations are unique, call customer service 602-717-3036.

A: You can book your shredding appointment as far out as you want.

Q: Can I change my shredding service location?

A: Yes, with 48 hour notice and it matches the pick up dates for the valley.

A: Yes, it all depend on availability. Check our calendar online, call or email to confirm.

Q: Are document bins required for shredding?

A: No, you do not need our secured document bin for our service.

Q: What kind of payments do you accept?

A: We accept all major debit & credit cards, including checks and cash payment on-site.

A: DocuShred hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
